Building $1-B empire - Westcan acquisition first step in Printcrafters' planned expansion |
| Printcrafters Inc. has acquired 100 per cent of the shares of Westcan Printing Group Ltd. The acquisition adds 35 people and $45-million in annual revenue to Printcrafters. Printcrafters revenue will be boosted to $120-million and 120 employees. For now Westcan will remain stand-alone at least until the lease at Printcrafters location in Inkster Industrial Park us out. At that time, company officials claim they will look at acquiring a new site in the 100,000-square-foot range. |
